Exhibit Sales
Below are important dates related to exhibition sales for The Almond Conference 2025:
Monday, June 9 – Friday, June 20, 2025
- Companies that exhibited in 2024 are given the opportunity to CONFIRM their booth location, many of which are the similar location as 2023. Minor adjustments have been made to the show floor.
- Payment in full is required when you confirm your booth – credit card and checks accepted.
- Booths that are NOT confirmed by 5:00 pm PDT on Friday, June 20 will be released.
Monday, June 23 – Friday, June 27, 2025
- Access to the Exhibitor Portal will re-open at 12:00 pm PDT on June 23
- Companies that have confirmed and paid now have the opportunity to switch locations, increase/decrease their booth size and buy additional booths
- Full payments (either by check or credit card) for booths are due by June 27

- General Sales opens for everyone
